Would those funds be used for something equally useful.. like Lou's uber-pogo stick fund? (I heard there are ones that shoot you up like 15 feet in the air!) Or maybe just a big poster of Lou in that lovely wonder woman outfit made to look like he's on some kind of uber-pogo stick. Preferably on the ascent rather than the descent, please... Woo hoo!
